being ethical is very important because if they feel they can't trust you you won't be trusted when you're working alone or when you're by yourself. in the video they said that being unethical is a very bad thing because you won't get to bond with other people and it might cause a problem in the company. the company doesn't want any problems so you might get fired. always be ethical to your team and be ethical in your job.
